Doncaster are looking for a Counter Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a Counter Sales Account Manager to work on our busy trade counter in Doncaster.

The Role:

• Serve customers on the counter and by phone

• Take and process orders, deal with pricing queries and organise quotes

• Contact suppliers and negotiate special terms on large one-off orders and quotes

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers

• Optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction

• Undertake proactive call outs to dormant account holders and seek potential new business

• Prepare displays for the counter with offers and new products

• Contribute to the business through participation in activities such as local promotions

The Person:

• The right person would ideally have previous experience in electrical wholesale (or similar)

• Be confident to deal effectively with customers on the trade counter and over the telephone
